Dr. Raimund Pammer
Dr. Raimund Pammer completed his study at Technical University in Graz, Austria and was active as a scientific coworker at the Institut for communications technology, wave propagation and space research from 1990 to 1994.
Dr. Pammer developed an ion current mass spectrometer for the Austrian space program "AUSTROMIR." His innovations included highly sensitive ion current measuring amplifiers, digital measuring systems, raster amplifiers, diagram maps as well as high voltage supply to ion optics. Dr. Pammer achived his doctorate of technical sciences in 1996.
As the co-founder of EFKON, he developed the core technologies of Infrared DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) and was actively relevant in the concept production of intermodal ITS applications. These substantial innovative developments were internationally patented.
