Process- and Project Management

Process orientation is the backbone of our organization.
Marketing & Sales, Project Management & Development, and Supply Chain Management are continuously refined, guaranteeing fast reactions to customer wishes and providing reliable products.
Our work with interdisciplinary teams is a major component for the successful management of all projects and guarantees optimal involvement of our customers with trouble-free cooperation from project start to completion.



QM-Certification

ISO 9001:2000 supports a process oriented approach of Quality Management Systems aimed toward continuous and comprehensive improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
EFKON AG is ISO 9001:2000 certified since November 2003. EFKON can comply with other quality standards, such as ISO/TS 16949:2002 of the automotive industry, to meet customer requirements.

 

ISO 27000 is an information security management system (ISMS) standard published in October 2005 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). Efkon AG is ISO 27001:2005 certified since 15. Juli 2008.
