There are many tolled roads where ownership, operation, system provider, concession company and financing are provided by different expert companies. The contractual framework is frequently based on vehicle count and vehicle class. In order to enable or enforce the contracts, samples are drawn and statistical means are applied to examine compliance of the contracting parties.

The system is delivered turnkey, including a gantry.
EFKON’s TOM laser scanners are combined to create a light curtain across the entire width of the road. Mounting on the gantry is fast and easy. Adjustment is simple due to the built-in visible laser-pointer.
